Secure Agent ID Subscription Refund Policy - July 15th, 2024

Dear Customer,

By purchasing a subscription to Secure Agent ID services (“the Service”), you agree to and are bound by the terms of the refund policy outlined below, as well as any amendments hereto. This policy applies universally to all customers of the Service, without exception.

24-Hour Refund: Customers seeking to cancel their subscription and receive a refund must submit their request within twenty-four (24) hours of making their payment. Refunds will not be provided after this 24-hour period.

Refund Request Process: Customers wishing to cancel their subscription and receive a refund are invited to submit their request in writing to support@secureagentid.com. A request for cancellation and a refund will be received and processed in accordance with the terms set out in this policy.

No Refunds After 24 Hours: No refunds will be provided after the expiration of the 24-hour period. The subscription will remain active until the end of the purchased monthly or annual subscription period.

Rights Reserved: Secure Agent ID reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Any changes to the refund policy will take effect immediately upon their publication on the Service’s website.
